How do I order?

You can place Online Orders at any time or call us to place an order between 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday.

Can I get a quote?

We are happy to do quotes for any type of catering if it helps with decision making

What are your ordering requirements?

We need a minimum of 24 hours for our sandwich/wrap, salad menus. Hot food menu items-48 hours. If you have a 'last minute' need, call us and we will try our best to accommodate. More often than not, we can do it for you.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is$50 before taxes and delivery.

When and where can you deliver?

We deliver early morning to late evening, Monday-Saturday. We also have a special events staff that can accommodate groups of 100 or more on Sundays. We have an experienced delivery staff who know the Lower Mainland very well!

Do you supply paper products?

We provide biodegradable plateware, cutlery and napkins at no extra cost. If Cambros for coffee/tea or chafing dishes are used, they will be picked up by arrangement the following day.

Do you set up the food?

We deliver your food and set up the table you have provided for us, to look appealing and appetizing

What kinds of dietary restrictions can you accomodate?

These come in many shapes and forms. We offer Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan menu choices and if someone has allergies to tomatoes, red pepper or roast beef, for example, we are happy to work within these parameters and offer
alternatives. Talk to us about your needs at any time.

Are your delivery staff professionals?

Our delivery drivers wear a black logo’d jacket and the delivery trolley sports a black Covering so that our appearance, when we are on your premises, is clean and professional. All drivers are well trained and they understand that entering boardrooms/training seminars/meetings takes finesse, awareness and the ability to be as quiet as possible.

Can I hire service staff?

Do you supply rentals?

If any rentals of dishware, cutlery, linens, tables, tents etc are required, we can assist you. We
have a great working relationship with A & B Rentals.


Are you Food Safe Certified?

Management and staff have their Food Safe Certification, Serving it Right and we work in
a Work Safe environment.



Do you have sustainable practices?

We use Biodegradeable plateware, cups, napkins, cutlery and garbage bags. We also use recyclable serving platters.

We are committed to sustainable and responsible practices in our kitchens. Our kitchen staff collects all compostable materials daily Wendy takes them home to her organic farm.

Any extra food for large events is delivered to missions on the Downtown Eastside, so nothing goes to waste! We also collect refundable bottles and cans to fund local charitable programs and to support the homeless.
